As with most multi-pet houses, one of the animals is is generally friendly with all the other pets.
At our house, Kozmo is the glue.
I, Marvelous Marv LOVE Kozmo. We are best buddies and I love him to bits. I am so thankful that he is my brother! (And that he gets cheese every day and I do too). He plays with Cinnamon (they grew up together) and I've seen him on the bed with Jo Jo too!
I am also thankful that Mom has helped us blog this week (she missed Wordless Wednesday, her booster shot on Tuesday made her feel cruddy but that meant we all got extra cuddles as she moaned on the sofa).
We are thankful for all the blog hops we
get to pawticipate in! And other great things that happen in the

Jo Jo has been a different cat these last couple of weeks. Most often she keeps to herself and does not indulge in rambunctious play with me or Kozmo. She loves to sleep on Mom's bed during the day and she seldomly comes out to play with the toys (all by herself).
BUT lately she has been sleeping in the living room recliner chair, relaxing in the cat tree, sleeping in the bay window and playing energetically with the rolly ball...not to mention chasing me, Marv, up and down the stairs, under the bed and through the kitchen! She joins in the treat times when we all get treats while Kozmo gets his medication and she has been cuddling with Mom on the sofa!
Mom has even been able to take some photos of her where she has her eyes open (Like Queen Nellie she is a master of closing her eyes just as the button is pushed). This is a photo of her helping Mom make the bed.
And here is the same after we watercolored it! Jo Jo's photos always come out so beautifully.

We KNOW they will ring in the New Year having a blast! At home, Jo Jo, Cinnamon, Mom and Me (and Alex) are taking it easy, watching some movies on TV and trying to stay warm (it is still a deep freeze here -22c (-8 f). Mom says we will probably be in bed before the ball drops, but I am going to stay up and find out what kind of fun Kozmo and Katie had!

It is Caturday and we are HAPPY! Now Mom is retired, she does not have to run around like a dervish to get errands run. We are happy for that. As you guys know, I Marv, am a HAPPY cat!

The weather has been getting really cold and us cats are spending all most all of our time inside. We thought we would give you some tips on how to keep us happy when we are inside. We bet these are exactly what you inside cats pawrents do to keep you happy, and we would LOVE to have you add your favorite tips too!
A Tired Cat is a Happy Cat
We are active and it is really easy to go nuts when we are inside and can't work off all that energy! You need to get us TOYS! Toys that look like mouses! Toys that look like burds (or have feathers)! Battery powered fishes! Toys with flashing lights! Laser Pointers! String toys! All these help keep us jumping and stalking! And when we are tired. We will let you know it.
Burd TV
Viewing stations (for us it is cat trees) so we can see what is happening outside. (But if we do get to go outside, don't put out a feeder, it could be the purrfect snack bar for us) And we love Burd TV on TV! We Love to watch the Youtube channels that have burds (and squirrels and mice). Mom casts from her computer to the BIG TV in the living room and we are mesmerized.
Cat Nip
Yesssss! We love catnip. We roll in it, we eat it and we LOVE playing with our catnip toys! We purrticularly love to play with our Yeow Cat Nip Nanners!
Cat Trees
We LIVE to climb! We Live to jump and we live to play chase! Our cat trees are the best and we love to sit in our tees and watch out the windows. We have one for each cat, we each have our favorites and though we sometimes share, we love to wrestle and chase!
LOVE!
Our favorite thing is snuggling and cuddling and playing with our humans! THat keeps us so furry happy in the winter! Now that I've told you about what keeps us happy, what keeps you happy?
Now for the Art!
This week we took the photo of me into PhotoShop and did some magic and then added electric sparkles.
We then took the sparkly picture and added some special effects using the Deep Dream Generator!
