Our Mom says we are cuddlebums!
And it's not just us dogs and cats and rabbits and budgies who love to cuddle! All of us animals love the occasional cuddle!
There's so much we can learn from our animal friends, including the importance of love and closeness.
And did you know that a good hug or cuddle can release oxytocin, that scientists deem the "love hormone?" That's what happens when we feel close to someone and this increases our feelings of closeness, generosity, and kindness.

ReplyDeleteBeau is a STAR hugger, he gets many hugs a day and gives them whether we want them or not.. he loves me to hug his sweet big head and I love doing it. he spreads his hugs to anyone that will take them
