We tend to think of Valentine's Day, love and friendship when
February

postings, through images and words ~ love, friendship, kindness, caring.
Our world is in need of more.

Well, we just discovered your blog and LOVE it, too. Hello from Loulou and family. And thanks for visiting.
ReplyDeleteWe have cats in the house and lots of roses in the garden, and we agree!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
So true. Both far outweight the risk!
ReplyDeleteThat is very true!
ReplyDeleteso true... but we prefer the kitty LOL
ReplyDeleteso true, so true, so very very true! big dogs have claws too and Beaus dad might not agree with so true.
ReplyDeleteThere is no risk loving a kitty cat. And in your household the more kitties the better. Precious though think so one cat household is just purrfect. And at the moment I think so too. We're having our fourth day of warm weather in February and going to have sunshine again. I guess climate change is actually here to stay but I bet come March and April it turns back to winter.
ReplyDeleteYikes, those are scary thoughts! We will go with the rose.
ReplyDeleteHari Om
ReplyDeleteGood point! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
Genius text! And from my perspective, there is no risk at all, because the roses and the cats are
ReplyDeletegood for the soul!
Happy WW, and a fine week!
We don't have any kitties here but we do love the roses!
ReplyDeleteYes, that's so true!
ReplyDeleteWe love roses and kitties but you would never really use your claws on anyone you loved, would you?
ReplyDeleteI would, Mom has grabby hands (Jo Jo), I use mine on Mom all the time (Marv), I use smacky paws--sometimes with claws (Kozmo)
DeleteChaplin: "It's true, we do have claws."
ReplyDeleteLulu: "You do?!"
Charlee: "Yes. We've just never had to use them on you."
Lulu: "Bean, did you know about this?"
Bean: "Ayyy, yes, I did find that out, but I was only trying to play with Chaplin."
Chaplin: "Cats don't play the dog way, Bean."
I agree with you, Marv. You're so smart.
ReplyDeleteTell Cinnamon that I loved the Valentines.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches all around, a smooch to you and a big hug to mom. ♥
Marv, cats are even better than roses, in my book!
ReplyDeleteLOVE that quote....carefully loving and caring for roses or cats one hardly notices the thorns or claws
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
Love the photo you look marvellous Marvellous lol :-)
ReplyDeleteIndeed- I love roses and I love cats! Sometimes our cat sleeps under the roses if I am outside with her- she always wears a leash!
ReplyDeleteI love what Marv said. Both ARE worth the risks.
ReplyDeleteMarv...you nailed it!
ReplyDeleteLove that Marv and it's is so true!
ReplyDeleteGreat quote and adorable photo. XO
ReplyDeleteTrue, and roses have thorns and cats have claws so you'll treat them gently and handle them with care.
ReplyDeleteOh, that is so, so true, Marv! Hugs to you and your family! XO
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely and true graphic
ReplyDeleteMaybe that is why we don't have roses??? But the wild brambles make good to eat berries, and *she* has had plenty of thorn badges of honour from those...
ReplyDeleteWe pups have claws. but at least we don't use them like you kitties.
Make sure to kiss your Mom if you happen to forget who she is and wield your claws upon her, by mistake.
