    Good heavens, how can you contort your body like that? Well...it wasn't too many years ago that I'd stretch this way and that. It always felt so good, too. These days I do stretch but I can't do the kind of stretching I once did but it still feels mighty good. I couldn't agree with you more, joy is a sign of a thankful heart. ;) I'm visiting from Brian's. Have a terrific day!
