Mom is not feeling well so she said I have to keep it short and sweet. We ALL piled on her in her bed this afternoon, then Cinnamon demanded that Mom get up and take her for her walk. She made scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese and toast for supper and because she did not feel great, we were vultures and we got way more tidbits than we usually do.
Right now she is watching Jeapordy Tournament of Champions (Mattea Roach is a Canadian and alas she did not make it to the finals) and says she will be going back to bed early.
We started with a backlit and fuzzy picture of me getting skritches from Alex!
I went to the Deep Dream Generator and I played around for about 20 minutes and I got this! I can't remember what I was doing, Mom was dstracting me!
Now I must go and kitty massage her head. I hope to see you guys tomorrow! Oh! Yess the puzzle!
Now we are pawticipating in the beautiful Athena (and her Peep Marie's) Weekly Art Hop! Please click her buadge to be magically whisked to her blog where you can see all the other pawticipants and you can see Athena's Mum's gorgeous art of her!

ReplyDeleteWe were so disappointed that Mattea lost. She is such a smart girl for her young age and she has such a wonderful personality and is so smart. Shall we go on?!☺ Love the artwork and we hope your mom feels better soon, Marv.
ReplyDeleteYour art is lovely, Marv. I hope your mum is soon feeling better.
ReplyDeleteMarv and all of you do such a good job of taking care of your mom. Only we're sorry she doesn't feel good and we think that great big scrambled egg dinner took a little work. Glad you got some tidbits. And by the way, Marv, you have an incredible smile on your beautiful face this morning in those pictures. I think you're happy to spend more time on the bed with cold snowy weather then you want to let on.
ReplyDeleteYou sure look happy to be getting those scritches, Marv. We had fun doing your puzzle, too.

ReplyDeleteAww, such an adorable image, and the art is terrific.
ReplyDeleteOff to puzzle...thanks.
You have the face of one very happy cat. We all piled into the bed for a bit yesterday too. Just to have a wee rest. Lady says it is interesting about the bird sounds. She really is aware of how she doesn't hear the birds as often in the winter (especially as our morning walks tend to be in the dark). She wonders if this does impact her SAD. She will keep the feeders filled so we can hear them around our house. Lee and Phod
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "Extra tidbits, skritches, cuddling with Mom ... Could there be a better day for an animal?"
ReplyDeleteLulu: "We hope she feels better soon!"
I know how much focus and time are needed on these posts, so I find it amazing that Mom was able to do as much as she did and create such a beautiful piece of art. I want to skritch that neck, too. Get well soon!
