we cross our paws for today, we are sick of that ole man winter..
ReplyDeleteWe have had a very wet but mostly mild winter. I look forward to spring bringing the sun.
ReplyDeleteHari om
ReplyDeleteHmmmm...not sure it applies over here! Nice thought though!!! Hugs and whiskeries YAM-aunty xxx
We have too much snow here and ice on the way. No way will it be an early spring for us.
ReplyDeleteGroundhog Day in our expectations is rain, ice, and then 8 in of snow on top of all of that. Groundhog could do to pick a better day to celebrate. How do we go from a lovely Chinese tiger the North American groundhog in one day?
ReplyDeleteFirst, I want to tell you that the top image is awesome! You have so clever ideas with images!
ReplyDeleteAs I learned from you, You Rock!!!
I liked how you explained the details of this day, which has a special number: 2.02.2022!
I love the conclusion 'spring is on the way'
Happy WW and a fine February!
Such an adorable graphic! We have our paws crossed for 6 more weeks of winter because we want more snow to play in.
ReplyDeletemr groundhog has no effect on us here in Florida, we are spring or summer, two seasons, the only way to tell the difference is we are cold or HOT. no cold like your cold, cold like Florida cold. for all of you that live where he matters I hope for an early spring not a late.
ReplyDeleteThe Vernal Equinox is March 20th, and it's 6.5 weeks away no matter what!
ReplyDeleteWe are waiting for Snowmaggedon here in Southeast Michigan, and I am hoping that it all melts away much sooner than 6.5 weeks!
the sun is shining brightly here...so I know our resident Ground Hog, Sir Walter Wally will have a huges shadow. Dang it. But at least today is gonna be another great walking out side day
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
We are ready for spring here too. It's cold and I don't care for the cold.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches all around, a smooch to Marv and a big hug to your wonderful mom. ♥
Around here it doesn't matter if Phil sees his shadow or not. There is always plenty of winter left to experience for at least 6 weeks.
ReplyDeleteHappy Groundhog day! Here in SA, it's nothing but a movie, but I reading all your posts!

We don't have groundhogs or Groundhog Day here in France!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Tama and Benny
The groundhog didn't make up the rules so don't blame him!
ReplyDeleteI don't think groundhogs really know much.
ReplyDeletelet it be spring!
ReplyDeleteHappy Groundhog Day!!
ReplyDeleteWe pick the one on the right. Please!
ReplyDeleteHappy Groundhog Day....good thing we get 6 more weeks of winter- we need more rain!
ReplyDeleteMarv! Thank YOU!
ReplyDeleteWe're more than done with Winter too!
ReplyDeleteThere is always 6 more weeks of winter. XO
ReplyDeleteWe never believe the groundhog. Here in WNY, we've had snow as late as May!
ReplyDeleteIf today is beautiful, winter will come roaring back. If today is nasty, winter is spending itself out now and warm temps will come a bit earlier.
ReplyDeleteEither way, spring comes at the end of March/early April.
Well, considering we have a snow storm today, there’s no way the groundhog saw his shadow. He probably didn’t even come out of his house. MOL!
ReplyDeleteHappy Groundhog Day, Marv!
ReplyDeleteYou know, we've been thinking ... someone should just put a beah umbrella over the groundhog's hole. There, instant spring! MOL!
Ha!
DeleteThose teeth would scare winter away.
ReplyDeleteDid you see your shadow, Marv?
ReplyDeleteSadly we are in for more winter weather.....but I'll also say that you can't trust groundhogs - sometimes they tell FIBS!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Teddy
Ya know, Teddy up there above me is right! I think the groundhogs have a racket going. They tell fibs for the highest pay-out!
ReplyDeleteLulu: "Well, it's Groundhog Day ... Again ..."
ReplyDeleteThis winter has been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too cold!
