Selfie Sunday Who Dun it

I walked into the bedroom to get my slippers...

Koz and Marv were sitting on the bed and an empty and torn treat bag was between them...
Kozmo said, "It was not me Mom!"
Marv said, "Really, I found it here when I came in."

I looked at Cinnamon...
"It was not me! They are cat treats, I don't (cough cough) eat cat treats!"
Hmmm...

Does this angel look like she did it?
I asked Jo Jo, "I would NEVER do that!", she said.

Wow! I managed to get pictures of all four for Selfie Sunday, but that leaves me with a question...

Who do YOU think is the treat thief?
Marv
Kozmo
Cinnamon
Jo Jo
Mom Barb
Brother Alex

  1. Oh, these pets are too sweet to be guilty. Perhaps a squirrel came in and did that.

  2. I'm pretty sure it was a team effort!

  3. Everyone is trying too hard to look innocent! I think a feline team effort. If it was Cinnie she would probably have eaten the evidence too!

  4. All those innocent faces! Maybe an introoder snuck in the house and did the damage???? No way did those cuties rip open a package of Temptations!!

  5. I think I will blame human brother Alex, simply because he did not get his photo taken. That leaves the four furries off the hook. Until Monday oh my gosh, when 2 go to the doctor and here goes mom in the snow again. Whatever you do, do not fall and hurt anything. Slip and slide is not good.

......... I was hoping there would have been a sound conviction in the comments by now so that I would not have to incriminate myself by false accusation.... I declare diplomatic immunity!!! Hugswagswhiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

  7. Well, the most innocent looking one, Jo Jo, and Alex are high on my list of guilty parties. I have only to decide which one. Wait. Cinnie!

  8. They are ALL innocent till proven guilty. This is Our Considered Opinion, as expurrienced cattorneys.

  9. It's obvious that "Not Me" broke in and ate the treats!!

  10. You all look pretty innocent to me so it has to be Brother Alex!

  11. Well honestly I think Marv and Koz... my brother in law had Gudrun and Ursula, litter mates, years and years ago.
He went on a business trip. I was their sitter. He told me whatever I did not to leave any kibble bags or treat bags on the counter. WHY I asked. He said they are a tag team. I've never seen them to it but somehow they get the bag opened.. His thoughts were one stood on the bag while the other rip the top off with her teeth. I was able to add to the tale. I did not leave the temptations on the counter. They were in the cabinet. The rest of the story was they also can open the cabinet. So as we humans who are owned by cats know....a Cat does/goes where he/she wants to go/do. If they don't do/go anywhere they did not want to go/do it.

  12. It must have been "Some other Dog or Cat". Those four all look innocent to us. Maybe a squirrel got in the house and did it.

  16. Im with Millie and alter, the squirrel did it!

  17. Surely none of your sweet babies would tear into a treat bag. Maybe someone broke in and couldn't resist the treats.

  18. The butler did it!
    Have a wonderful Sunday...

  19. My opinion is the four of them ("anipals") colluded, and since they all got treats, they are all keeping quiet to protect themselves and each other.

  20. I think Angel Nellie was a bit hungry!

  21. We don't know who did that to the treats, but we agree it could have been a squirrel. We were too preoccupied with all those presents in your superb header and all the great selfies to even worry about the treats:)

  22. I chased away a mouse hiding in out Christmas decorations. I bet it went to your house and put a hole in the Temptation bag.

  23. Someone called 'Not Me' did that!!

Once MJF smelled a big bag of kitty noms I had stashed safely (I thought),under the couch...oopsie! In the morning there was kibble everywhere near the couch, and a big hole in the corner of the bag, and a pup who was not hungry. Kitties?? Nah they didn't disturb him at all! LOL!
