Furrst the SPARK!
We have had special visitors on the river for the last few weeks. 3 swans have been flying in and out.

McGuffy’s, who was hosting the Sparks, is on hiatus. She says “I truly do believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. There is hope. Together, we can light up the entire world!”
Now for the AWWW Some Jokes!
The SNOW is BACK!!!
This is the backyard at 3PM on Caturday. It sure gets dark early these days! It is supposed to be snowing today (Monday).
It might get so deep, the paths will have to be dug down to the bushes, but not until Mom gets home with Kozmo and Jo Jo from the vet.
Then we went to the WRAP Room!
Finally we went outside to look at the North Pole with the Elves...
did you know they turn BLUE when they get cold?
We had fun, with the elves. Santa's elves are just like us cats! They don't listen, they do pretty much what they want, they like to nap and they always want treats!
I'm sure we will see them again before Christmas...
We are pawticipating in Awww Mondays at Comedy Plus! Click on Sandee's button to be taken to AWWW Central, you will will be amazed at the AWWW! And Sandee alwas has the best Awwws.

ReplyDeleteMOL - oh those eleves, they do bring the mirth!!! Excellent spark, too... hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
Love the spark and your snow is so beautiful! We have rain and warm temps today. yuk
ReplyDeleteWe awoke to 12cms (about 5 inches) of new snow this morning. Mom was not impressed. She had to shovel the driveway first and the roads were pretty bad. Luckily it stopped before she had to leave. We are expecting more snow tomorrow...
DeleteThe snow looks lovely and will also help make it look lighter. I remember when we went to the Arctic Circle in Norway to see the Northern Lights and it was dark by 4pm, and the winter solstice was still 7 weeks away. I love that Spark.
ReplyDeleteYeow! I'm glad I'm not that far north. We have sunset at 5PM right now. By Dec 21 it will be at 3:58. I do miss the sun at this time of year, but the length of the days in June more than makes up for it.
DeleteMarv, your snow looks good from this long distance. You can keep it, but I sure would like to see the swans. Sure hope the two stuck with going to the doctor today get home safe with your mom. Then those elves will start the tricks and everybody will be laughing.
ReplyDeleteAwww, we love all the little elves! The quote about kindness is very true. Have a funtastic week!
ReplyDeleteMy mommy loves the spark! She agree with it and not only tries to live by it, but is so pleased when she gets kindness back. XX
ReplyDeleteAND she LURVES the jokes! Her most ever favorite kind!
