We spent the day yesterday resting and laying in sun puddles. Mom and Alex were gone all day to get a new car. They were not ready to play when they got home!
We are pawticipating in Comedy Plus' Wordless Wednesday! You can click on Sandee's button to be magically taken to her blog!
This cat looks very good! Mmmuah!
ReplyDeleteHappy Wordless Wednesday!
what? we are always in play mood, we come to play with ya ;O)
ReplyDeleteI hope they got their new car. Sorry Marv, they needed to relax when they got back.
ReplyDeleteNo means No means No. Every kid, er kit, learns that from Day 1. Or at least they s'posed to.
ReplyDeleteNice to have a new car. I am sure after resting, mom would be ready to play with you.
ReplyDeleteWell we're happy to hear Mom has a new car but sad that nobody was in the mood to play with you when they got home Marv.....there's always another day for play though!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Teddy
Now that all that car buying is behind your mom, maybe today she can get down to the business of the serious work. And that's playing with the kitties and the dog. Maybe get outside and take a walk and you Marv we'll have a great day.
ReplyDeleteWe doggies like to chase the sun puddles around mom's office during the day while she works. The cats enjoy it as well. Hope the new car is nice, but I bet you kitties don't like to go for rides, right?
ReplyDeleteSun puddles feel so good this time of year!
ReplyDeleteOH sunpuddles! The only way to live...right smack in them!
ReplyDeletePets are funny. Some days our Cocker Spaniel, Lucy, will go get a toy and bring it to us, demanding to play. Other days she just rotates between her favorite napping spots. Have a blessed Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteCar shopping is mentally and physically draining...and today's cars have so many whistles and bells one needs a degree in technology to operate them.

ReplyDeleteIt's tiring work, car shopping. I hope all is sorted now and you can all move on (no pun intended!) Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
Mom had to help, but I can't imagine anyone telling you no. I wouldn't.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches all around, a smooch to Marv and a hug to mom. ♥
Come on over Marv, we have kittens and they are ALWAYS ready to play!
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "There seems to be something about getting a new car that makes humans not so playful afterwards."
ReplyDeleteChaplin: "We're not sure what it is. As far as we're concerned, getting new things is always fun!"
Good to have fun in sunpuddles, looking adorable while you're at it! We hope everything went well with the car.
ReplyDeletePriorities need to be reevaluated!
ReplyDeleteNot ready to play? Do that want you to grow fat and lazy?
ReplyDeleteYou kitties are so precious ~ Xo ~ Hope you like the new car ~ what make did you get?

We hope they found a new car so now they can play with you!

Tama, Benny and Ollie
woo hoo on a new car, are they suffering from buyers remorse, I always do
ReplyDeleteSometimes buying a car can tax humans to their wits middle. Did I meow that right?
ReplyDeleteSorry you didn't get to play. :(
ReplyDeleteI'll remember this tale: "what do you mean no!"
ReplyDeleteI read something about 'no'. It's better to change it even it's a negation when we phrase our ideas.
Happy WW and thank you for the linking.
I'm always ready to play! What is it with humans? MOL!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice that you had sunpuddles!
ReplyDeleteWe bet Mom and Dad wish they were home resting too. It is NO fun shopping for a new car. Everything takes too long. But we hope in the end they found something they will be happy to have.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Buying a new car is exhausting! Take care at least you got to relax in the sun!
ReplyDeleteNo play is no fun Marv!
ReplyDeleteTrust me, when you get back from a car dealer, you are seldom energetic enough to do anything at all!
ReplyDeleteHope the car is a good one.
Your humans need to get their priorities straight, Marv!
ReplyDeleteWell, laying in sunpuddles isn’t so bad.
ReplyDeleteSorry Mom and Alex weren't in a playing mood. In their defense, car shopping is exhausting. Glad you got some good sunpuddles, though! XO
ReplyDeleteMarv, that is the absolutely most pitiful expression. Our mom says she would have done anything you wanted had she seen that. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet
ReplyDeleteAwww, sorry...Marv that happens here sometimes too...the peeps something to the effect that they are tired out...sheesh.
