Cinnamon loves that she gets to goes swimming almost every day in the river! The other day she got to go to the swimming hole up by the mill.
Alex throws the stick into the river and Cinnamon swims out to gets it and brings it back for more throwing, she LOVES when she gets to swim in the deep water!
Its late in the season so the river is getting low, and there is loads of running through the water on the rocks.
Just before it was time to heads home Cinnamon met a swimming hole local!
Meet Claude Pickle, he's a Columbia Spotted Frog! Hes about 10 cm or 4 inches long.
He was startled by Cinnamon as she galloped through the rocks and he LEAPED into the air, right in front of her nose. She sniffed him and said she was sorry she scared him and then she asked he would like to be her guest on Selfie Sunday. Claude said YES!
After Claude posed in the river for his selfie, he took off after some water skaters telling her they are the best lunch EVER! Cinnamon was not so sure, bugs are NOT her favorite.
After all that excitement, Cinnamon was ready to go home after her swim. Alex wrapped her up in her towel. He calls her his little babushka and she quite often wears her towel all the way home.
