Weekly Pet Horoscopes February 23 - March 1, 2021

Cinnamon, my hairy slobbery sister felt we should write the horoscopes for all pets and not just cats! And being a multi-pet household, we agreed!

 February 27–The Full Snow (or Storm) Moon - The Full moon reaches its peal in the early morning hours of Saturday Feb 27th (3:15 am EST). It is called the Snow Moon as February is the snowiest month in North America.  More snow fall in February than any other month!

 February 28 – Mercury Reaches its Morning Peak - Mercury is hard to see even at the best of times – because it is hidden in the glare of the sun. Your first good chance to see Mercury this year is the morning of February 28th. Before sunrise, you may be able to spot Mercury, just after sunrise, when the sun is still below the horizon but Mercury is above it. Specifically, Mercury will reach its peak altitude of 17° above the horizon before sunrise. To see Mercury, you will need a clear view of the western horizon, and be sure to use eye protection.
