Mom has a meeting today as she is Tech Support for a conference this weekend. You know what that means? Not a whole lot of excitement (or posts) will be happening this week.

Today is New Year's Day! We got sunshine! AND We DID get some photos taken while we were helping Mom make New Years Rack of Pork!

Well at least you got good food before your mom decided that she has to go back to work. Glad to hear about the sunshine and hope that you all have a great week ahead no matter what. Will be looking for you when you return because you are missed.

I should have been born a cat or dog so I did not have to cook food, cooking is my nightmare and always has been. that said the thought of uncooked pork, is also my nightmare. I just need someone to hire me a resident cook.... you look magnificent in the kitchen and also the tightwire trick is great fun and a great spark.
Always good to start off a New Year with sunshine and good food ... so Happy Happy Day sweet friends!
