Artsy Halloween Caturday!

Hi Guys! Are you ready for all the ghosts and goblins tomorrow night? We are! Mom got us some special Halloween Treats and she will move a litter box into her bedroom for the duration of the hauntings. Usually we get ensconced at around 4 pm as sometimes the little ones come really early. We probably won't get let out of the bedroom until after 8 pm. What happens to you guys while the kids run around haunting your neighborhood?

In keeping with the festivities, I, Marv wanted spooky scary art and I think we did it purrfectly!

And for you so you can have some scary fun too, we made a puzzle!

OMC, I had to blink and swallow hard before looking at your skeery artwork!!! I wasn't around when Nellie was, so no, I didn't get a pumpkin - that's a very fine patch indeed. Be safe and have fun this weekend. Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

  3. We dont encourage it at all. Mrs H says there are enough spooky goings on in this old village without adding to them, MOL So, we batten down the hatches, turn off the lights and play on horror movie music to sacre the kids away ;)

  7. Most excellent spooky scary artwork! Here, we don't get any little spooksters since we're kinda out of the way. Just the walk up the drive would be enough to turn most off.

  11. We're lucky that we live a long way from the road and don't get any kids visiting our house for Halloween. There also are only about 4 kids that live near us so we think they probably go to a friends house where there is a bigger neighborhood to gather treats.

    1. We are the town where the schools are so we get almost all of the rural kids! This year there is a bonfire at the community hall so we KNOW there will be loads. It is always fun.

  22. Well done, Marv. That is a very spooky piece of art:) With all the gates here, we can just stay in the family room while Mom answers the door. From the big gate across the foyer, we can see all the little visitors. We love how they all ooh and aah when they see us. the Husky is the mascot for the local elementary and high school so we are a big hit with the kids.

  23. We sit out at the end of the driveway so there's no need to open the door over and over for the children, it means we don't worry about escapee cats. A good time for us and the neighbors!

  24. Love the scary art! I don't remember the video but my pumpkin is in there. We haven't signed up for treat or treat since the year kids ran thru the hall screaming and carrying on and TW thought I got out and lost.
