Summer Solstice Selfie Sunday!

Mom was talking to an old furrend and he reminded her about making flower crowns for the summer solstice when they were at art school. It was a fun time and Mom said we should have some fun! We are going to stay up late and see if it gets totally dark. We thought about having a fire in our pit in the back yard, but we are too dry. It has been a terrific day! We want to share some sky shots with you.

In the above, There is a rainbow around the sun and there are high mare tail clouds along with some small fluffy ones!

In this shot, it looks like our Angels are reaching down to us!

We asked about flower crowns and Mom said she would be very happy to make them for us.

Cinnamon with Pink Roses

Marv with Daisies

Kozmo with White Roses

Jo Jo with Miniature Rink Roses

We want to wish Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there today too!

We are all delighted to be part of Selfie Sunday at The Cat on My Head! Please click on their button to visit their blog!

Oh you all look just pawfect and ready for Solstice!!! Of course, here by the Hutch, there is no sign of Sol - or any of its heat - but the last couple of nights (and I suspect a few more to come) have never got completely dark. I was wandering around the kitchen at one in the a of m this morning and didn't need to put a light on! Blessings of the midyear to you darlings. HUgs wags whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
