Thanksfulness and Poetry

We are pawticipating in TWO events this Thursday! FIRST we are Thankful! We are especially thankful to Brian and Family for hosting the Thankful Thursday Hop!

We are all rescues and Kozmo wanted to say thanks from All rescues to their peoples and all peoples to the cats that picked them!

Last week I, Marvelous,  told a joke about igloos and then Sammy has an igloo for his Thursday Poetry for this week! I could not resist!

So this week, here is our poem to go with this picture!

Two polar bears were look for a home

The caves they found

Were cold and dark

And below the ground.

They tried the city and the ‘burbs

And there they found their home

In the distance there they saw

A wonderful icy dome.

So there they stood in happiness

The sunlight on their face

The coolest house they’d ever seen

They found their perfect place

Your poeme is very nice but this igloo looks awful, there is not even a window in it ! Is it a photo montage or real ??

For sure those polar bears are going to hibernate in style!! And with no windows...um...no one can spy on them to make sure they really are sleeping...LOL!

Oh I think you did a PURRRRRFECT poem for the crazy photo this week!! I think the only occupants of a house like that could be polar bears or seals or something that likes FREEZING COLD and that would NOT be me! I like fleecy blankies and warm covers and heaters. This house wouldn't last long with a heater inside!!!!! Thanks for playing poetry with us - VERY COOL!

Hugs, Teddy

Lovely poem. We have a couple of beautiful polar bears at our Kansas City Zoo. We bet they would love a home like that too.
