We have had a young buck roaming the neighborhood for a couple of weeks now. We usually see him in the evening. Mom got a picture of him in the weeds along the river, behind the village's canoes, which are along the west side of our yard and along the river bank.
The arrow points to where we took the picture.
He let us get really close and we got a great picture (they are fearless and the old female chases Cinnamon).
Here is the picture of the buck
and here is is after we artified him!
Now, we are pawticipating in Artsy Caturday with Athena and Marie!

ReplyDeleteIn my old neighborhood we would see so many, from bucks to little fawns, do miss them. Great photo capture!
ReplyDeleteWe have neighbors like that, too. Unfortunately dad hasn't been quick enough to photograph them yet. The buck is mighty handsome, and his artsy version is so very colorful!
ReplyDeleteWe never see deer here. He's very handsome and your artwork is great! Thanks for the puzzle.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind words about our Gracie. We miss her so much.
How neat, to get the photo and jazz it up.
ReplyDeleteAnd, i finally figured out where your blog is (yes, i'm a tech dunce and slow as molasses in January). Hope you will end up in my blog feed now!
We had an issue with Marv's google email address last spring. I inadvertently changed the his age and hit save. Google promptly told me 6 (instead of 66) was too young to have a blog and the hoops I would have to go to get access back were extremely onerous.
DeleteI thought I would just use Nellie's email address (as it still had all the cats emails etc in it). Alas, I could NOT change the email associated with Marvelous is Marvelous blog as I could not login with the marvelousismarvelous@gmail.com! So...Marv has a new blog with an old email! And many of our followers could not find us...especially those who were followers of Nellie. Sigh! Sometimes things are difficult...
