Boy is wes ready for Caturday!
About a zillion years ago, Mom gotted tired of the UGLY aluminum garage door and she painted a mural on it.
She has had to touch it up a few times. When Mom and Dad talked about buying an automatic door, the neighbors said "Only if you paint the mural on the new door!"
Fast forward a few years... The gutters on the house had to be replaced and Dad never did that. The front steps was falling apart from the rain and the snow. Alex put up new gutters and him and Mom fixed the front steps a few weeks ago. They has been waiting for the steps to drys out completely before they painted the steps. On the long Labor Day weekend (plus an extra day on Tuesday), Mom painted the railing and did a mural to match the garage on the steps!
#3 is #2 with a diffuse glow!
We likes it the best! Wes thinks it makes him looks magically ethereal!
And wes did a puzzle of #2
Work is extremely busy, but wes thinks Mom is over her hissy fits and maybe wes can gets her to help us blog and visit more this week.

Well my dear friends it has been a 'He double hockey sticks' kinda year. I for sure will be sitting up on Dec 31 to be sure 2020 LEAVES and I hope the door hits 2020 in the tush knocking her into the stratosphere.

ReplyDeleteTW sez the steps will be slippery if your mom paints them. She had wood step that got like ice when wet. I hope work calms down for her so she can pay attention to you. LOVE the center art cos it looks like Kozmo is laying in lavender. Tell us about hell weeks.

Mom and I enjoyed the mural and the steps as well. Your talent is loved and appreciated thru the blogosphere. Mom hurts for you during the H-E-Double Hockey sticks week and times. In some of the ways, she very much understands but most of all, it matters to her how you are.
